Rule 191-81.2 - Applicability and scope

This chapter shall apply to all individual or group accident and health insurance, individual or group hospital or health care service contracts issued pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 509, 509A, 514, or 514A, and individual or group health maintenance organization contracts issued and regulated under chapter 514B, which are delivered, amended, or renewed on or after July 1, 1996.
