Rule 191-73.6 - Annual report

The commissioner shall submit an annual report to the general assembly no later than February 1 of each year. The report shall include a description of the operations of all health insurance purchasing cooperatives, a review of the success of health insurance purchasing cooperatives as it pertains to improving the quality, access or affordability of health insurance. The commissioner may require HIPCs to provide information in uniform format for use in compliance with this report and for other public purposes.
