Rule 191-73.20 - Examination-costs

The commissioner shall examine a HIPC and may require the most recent audited financial statements from the administrator and such other interim evidence as the commissioner deems appropriate. Reasonable costs of the examination or audit are to be paid by the HIPC. Examination shall include, but not be limited to, premium collection, marketing practices, and financial condition.
