Rule 191-73.15 - Nondiscrimination and retaliatory protections

An insurer shall not discriminate against or take retaliatory action against a participant employer, employee, agent, sponsor, or administrator of a HIPC. A HIPC shall not discriminate against or take retaliatory actions against an insurer or agent for activities relating to the HIPC.
