An industry member is prohibited, directly or indirectly, from providing free warehousing of products for a retailer by delaying delivery of alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer beyond the time that payment for the product is received or, if a retailer is purchasing on credit, delaying final delivery of products beyond the close of the period of time for which credit is lawfully extended.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.45 and 123.186.
