Price postings by all holders of vintner's certificates of compliance will be required for all wines they wish to distribute within the state. These price postings will be submitted in the format as determined by the division. Prices posted will be the most current case price and should reflect the f.o.b. cost at the winery, out-of-state warehouse, or port of entry. Information will be made available by the division to all interested parties.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 123.21, subsection 6.
