Rule 17-22.3 - Public guardian qualifications

All public guardians shall have graduated from an accredited four-year college or university and shall be certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification within 12 months of assuming duties as a public guardian. This certification shall be kept current while the person is serving as a public guardian.
