Rule 129-4.8 - Action on petition

(1) The office shall take action on a petition for a declaratory order within 30 days after its receipt as required by Iowa Code section 17A.9.

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order is as defined in rule 129-6.2 (8B,17A).
