Rule 111-1.12 - Procurement

(1) The procurement of goods and services for clients of the department shall be in accordance with the requirements of informed choice as defined in 34 CFR 361.52 (effective March 13, 1997).

(2) Procurement of goods. Except as provided in 1.12(1) above, the procurement of goods shall be conducted in accordance with procurement standards and procedures established at 34 CFR 80.36 (effective March 5, 2001) for state government grantees.
