Section 915 IAC 3-7-2 - Appeals

Sec. 2.

(a) An applicant whose request for short term financial assistance from the fund is denied may appeal the determination to the commission.

(b) All appeals shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Orders and Procedures Act found at IC 4-21.5.
