Section 915 IAC 1-1-6 - Remuneration, honorarium, gift or promise of reward from claimant prohibited

Sec. 6.

No District, County or City Service Officer or any other employee of the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall receive any remuneration, honorarium, gift or promise of reward from any claimant whomsoever for the processing or servicing of any claim or any other service which such officer or employee may perform for any veteran or any veteran's dependents.
