Section 910 IAC 2-4-2 - Exemption

Sec. 2.

(a) The provisions regarding familial status in this rule do not apply to housing which satisfies the requirements of sections 3 through 5 of this rule.

(b) Nothing in this rule limits the applicability of any reasonable local, state, or federal restrictions regarding the maximum number of occupants permitted to occupy a dwelling.
