Section 898 IAC 1-2-6 - Temporary permits

Sec. 6.

(a) As used in IC 25-5.1-3-8(c)(2), "the date the board disapproves the person's license application" means the date the applicant for licensure receives notice from the board of:

(1) failure of the required examination; or

(2) denial of the individual's license application.

(b) As used in IC 25-5.1-3-8(a)(2), "national athletic training association approved by the board" means the BOC.
