Sec. 14.
A broker who is the subject of an investigation by the office of the attorney general into possible violations of IC 25-34.1, IC 25-1-11, or this title shall cooperate with the investigation. Lack of cooperation may include failure to submit a requested written response to a pending investigation or failure to comply with any lawful demand for information made by the office of the attorney general, including failure to comply with any lawfully issued subpoena.
