Sec. 3.1.
(a) This section establishes requirements for the eight (8) hours of continuing education that real estate brokers are required by IC 25-34.1-9-11.1 to obtain between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014.(b) At least two (2) hours of the eight (8) hours of continuing education required by IC 25-34.1-9-11.1 shall be in Indiana real estate licensure law.
