Section 856 IAC 2-5-1 - Order form requirements

Sec. 1.

Order Form Requirements Generally. Compliance with the requirements prescribed in section 308 of the Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 828), and in Part 305 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, effective April 1, 1973 shall be deemed compliance with the requirements of IC 1971, 35-24.1-3-7[Repealed by Acts 1976, P.L. 148, SECTION 24; Acts 1977, P.L. 26, SECTION 25. See IC 35-48.] as amended.
