Section 856 IAC 1-4-4 - Qualifications of applicants for license transfer

Sec. 4.

Applicants for license transfer will be admitted to Indiana only if their qualifications for licensure, possessed at the time of their original registration in the state from which they came, were equal to the requirements of Indiana at that time.
