Section 828 IAC 0.5-1-7.4 - "Direct supervision" defined

Sec. 7.4.

"Direct supervision" has the meaning set forth in:

(1) IC 25-13-1-2(i) for dental hygienists; and

(2) IC 25-14-1-1.5 for dental assistants.
