Section 820 IAC 4-2-5 - Cosmetology tool case; textbooks and workbooks

Sec. 5.

(a) Not later than the completion of the first two hundred fifty (250) hours of education, cosmetology schools shall furnish the following to each student enrolled in cosmetologist training:
(1) A tool case.
(2) Textbooks.
(3) Workbooks.
(b) The tool case required by subsection (a) shall include at least the following:
(1) Six (6) dozen rollers.
(2) One (1) razor.
(3) Eight (8) combs.
(4) Three (3) brushes.
(5) Two (2) shampoo capes.
(6) One (1) pair of scissors.
(7) One (1) pair of nippers.
(8) One (1) nonporous nail file.
(9) One (1) box of emery boards.
(10) One (1) nail pusher.
(11) One (1) manicure bowl.
(12) One (1) nail brush.
(13) One (1) box of hair clips.
(c) The items required to be furnished to students under this section shall become the personal property of the students to be used in their training.
