Section 760 IAC 1-21-7 - Cash deposits

Sec. 7.

Cash deposited by a health care provider under IC 34-18-4-1(2) and this rule may be deposited in an interest-bearing account in any bank located in Indiana. Such a deposit must be in a joint account under the control of the commissioner and the health care provider. The health care provider may withdraw accrued interest from the account.
