Section 75 IAC 6-4-1 - Forms of identification

Sec. 1.

The division may, in its discretion, for purposes of IC 9-32-3-7 and IC 9-32-3-8 and generally for the purpose of ascertaining the correct identity of the person making the request for records or information, accept a form of identification other than those identified in IC 9-32-3-13.
