Section 71 IAC 7.5-1-12 - Double jock mounts

Sec. 12.

In the event an owner or trainer elects to remove a jockey from his or her mount once the overnight is published, the stewards may require a double jock mount to be paid. The fee to be paid for the double jock mount shall be equal to that earned by the jockey who rode the horse.
