Sec. 6.
(a) A hearing in a commission proceeding is open to the public, however, witnesses may be excluded or sequestered.(b) A hearing shall be held in Indianapolis, Indiana unless: (1) for good cause stated in open meeting, the commission designates another place for the hearing; or(2) the Act requires otherwise.(c) Unless precluded by law or objected to by a party, the commission may allow informal disposition of a proceeding without a hearing.
