Section 71 IAC 1-1-1.5 - "Account wagering" defined

Sec. 1.5.

"Account wagering" means a form of pari-mutuel wagering in which an individual may deposit money in an account, in that person's name, with an association and then use the current balance in the account to place pari-mutuel wagers.
