Section 68 IAC 26-6-6 - Prohibition on extensions of credit to game participants

Sec. 6.

(a) A game participant is prohibited from being extended credit from a game operator for purposes of participating in a paid fantasy sports game.

(b) No paid entry fee amount may be greater than the current balance of the game participant's account.
