Sec. 1.
(a) A game operator shall limit each game participant to one (1) active and continuously used account and username.(b) A game operator shall implement rules and publish procedures to terminate all accounts of any game participant that establishes or seeks to establish more than one (1) username or more than one (1) account, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy.
