Section 68 IAC 21-10-1 - Allowable activities

Affected: IC 4-32.3-2-2

Sec. 1.

In addition to the allowable activities identified in IC 4-32.3-2-2, the following activities are allowed:

(1) A water race.

(2) A guessing game.

(3) A game of chance conducted as a fundraising activity of a qualified organization and approved by the commission.
