Sec. 4.
The casino licensee shall establish procedures to observe, unannounced, the compliance with the system of internal controls for the electronic gaming devices that have been submitted in accordance with 68 IAC 11 and this article. The procedures shall be performed quarterly and shall include, at a minimum, the following:
