Section 68 IAC 14-2-1 - General provisions

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to all riverboat licensees.

(b) Unless otherwise provided, or approved by the executive director, all live gaming device tables utilized by riverboat licensees must comply with this rule.

(c) Live gaming device tables utilized for specific games shall comply with the additional requirements as set forth in this article.
