Section 68 IAC 10-2-14 - Prohibited acts

Sec. 14.

(a) A player may touch cards only as provided in this rule.

(b) A spectator may never touch the cards.

(c) A dealer may not touch the cards with the dealer's person or any instrument in any manner that would alter, mark, bend, or otherwise allow any card to be distinguished from any other card.

(d) No dealer or other riverboat licensee employee may permit player or spectator to engage in any activity that violates this rule.
