Section 511 IAC 8-1-1 - Approval of vocational programs

Sec. 1.

All vocational programs, as required by IC 20-20-20-3 [ IC 20-20-20 was repealed by P.L. 7-2011, SECTION 26, effective April 1, 2011.], shall be approved by the Indiana state board of education in accordance with the workforce partnership plans submitted to the commission on vocational and technical education. Further, the local educational agencies shall comply with the policies and procedures as set forth in the "State Plan" for vocational education.
