Section 511 IAC 6.2-8-2 - Quality review

Sec. 2.

(a) The board shall direct that the department conduct a quality review of a school that is subject to IC 20-31-9-3.
(b) The board shall determine the scope of the review and appoint an expert team under IC 20-31-9-3.
