Section 50 IAC 26-8-6 - Annual data transmission file format requirements

Sec. 6.

A county shall transmit property tax assessment, tax, and billing data to the department in the format prescribed by the property tax file format requirements found in 50 IAC 26-20 and when applicable in the format prescribed by the department for upload to the Indiana gateway for government units portal.
