Sec. 121.
(a) Caregivers shall have had training specifically related to infant/toddler development.(b) Caregivers shall have means available to communicate with other staff and summon assistance without leaving children unattended.(c) The director shall assign a primary caregiver for each infant and toddler.(d) All caregivers shall interact with and address the needs of all children in their room.(e) Staff person in charge of an infant/toddler group shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
