Sec. 1.
A Class II child care home serves more than twelve (12) children but not more than sixteen (16) full-time and part-time children at any one (1) time. A licensee who provides Class II child care shall meet all the requirements of 470 IAC 3-1.1 and 470 IAC 3-1.2 as well as the requirements of this rule. If there is any difference in requirements, the specific information contained in IC 12-17.2-5-6.5 shall prevail.
