Section 470 IAC 3-1.1-30 - Appeals

Sec. 30.

Any individual, firm, corporation, association, or political subdivision whose license has been denied, revoked, or suspended may appeal the action of the CDFC by filing a written request for hearing with the CDFC within thirty (30) days of receipt of an official notice from the CDFC of such denial, suspension, or revocation.
