Section 465 IAC 4-1-6 - "Adoption assistance periodic payment amount" defined

Sec. 6.

"Adoption assistance periodic payment amount" means the amount or payment rate specified in an adoption assistance agreement for the benefit of an adoptive child, other than nonrecurring adoption expenses described in section 21(4) of this rule.
