Section 465 IAC 4-1-10 - "Foster care maintenance payment rate" defined

Sec. 10.

"Foster care maintenance payment rate" means the applicable per diem rate paid by the department for care of a foster child placed by, or with approval of, the department, as determined by the department under 465 IAC 2-16, 465 IAC 2-17, or 465 IAC 2-18.
