Section 460 IAC 9-3-6 - Health care services

Sec. 6.

(a) The provider shall meet all conditions specified in 42 CFR 483.460 (10-1-95), except 42 CFR 483.460(c)(3) (10-1-95).

(b) All personnel who administer medication to residents or observe residents self-administering medication shall have received and successfully completed training using materials approved by the council.
