Section 460 IAC 9-1-19 - "Supervised group living" defined

Sec. 19.

"Supervised group living" means a residence as set forth in IC 12-11-1-1(1) [IC 12-11-1 was repealed by P.L. 272-1999, SECTION 66, effective July 1, 1999.].
