Section 460 IAC 7-3-15 - "Qualified mental retardation professional" or "QMRP" defined

Sec. 15.

"Qualified mental retardation professional" or "QMRP" means a staff of an ICF/MR who meets the qualifications and functions contained in 42 CFR 483.430(a).
