Section 460 IAC 6-18-1 - Preparation of behavioral support plan

Sec. 1.

A behavioral support services provider shall prepare a behavioral support plan for an individual only after the provider has:

(1) directly observed the individual; and

(2) reviewed reports regarding the individual.
