Section 460 IAC 6-10-3 - Compliance with laws

Sec. 3.

A provider shall comply with all applicable state and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and requirements, including all applicable provisions of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. 12001 et seq.
