Section 460 IAC 2-4-40 - Teaming partnerships

Sec. 40.

(a) Teaming partnership facilities are BEP facilities, and all rules and policies pertaining to managers in other BEP facilities apply to managers in teaming partnership facilities.

(b) A separate business entity shall be established between the:

(1) BEP manager; and

(2) teaming partner company.

(c) BVIS and the Indiana elected committee of blind managers shall develop policies to administer teaming partnership ventures.
