Section 460 IAC 2-4-1 - Purpose

Sec. 1.

The Indiana Randolph-Sheppard Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is established to:

(1) provide blind persons with remunerative employment; and

(2) enlarge the economic opportunities for blind persons.
