Section 460 IAC 14-7-7 - Ineligibility determination

Sec. 7.

If the VR program determines that an applicant is ineligible for vocational rehabilitation services or determines that an individual receiving services under an IPE is no longer eligible for services, the VR program must follow the requirements in 34 CFR 361.43 to make an ineligibility determination.
