Sec. 5.
If an eligible individual requests a more advanced hearing aid than is required to meet his or her vocational rehabilitation needs, the eligible individual may obtain the requested hearing aid if the eligible individual agrees in writing to pay the difference between the cost of the approved hearing aid and the advanced hearing aid.
