Section 460 IAC 14-13-6 - Initial start-up costs

Sec. 6.

(a) The VR program may not be the sole source of financing initial start-up costs of any business.
(b) The VR program may not pay for ongoing operating costs, tool and equipment replacement, upgrading, business relocation, or business expansion.
