Section 460 IAC 14-12-1 - Employment outcome

Sec. 1.

(a) Each eligible individual's IPE must include an employment outcome consistent with his or her vocational strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, and career interests.

(b) Extended employment is not an allowable employment outcome.
