Sec. 1.
If in-state, local vocational rehabilitation services are available that meet the eligible individual's vocational rehabilitation needs, but the eligible individual chooses an out-of-state or nonlocal vocational rehabilitation service or service provider, the VR program shall not be responsible for any additional costs that exceed the cost of the comparable in-state, local alternative.
